Classroom Guidance

Classroom guidance builds from year to year with Principles of American Citizenship lessons.  This involves teaching students about basic values including honesty, kindness, responsibility, fairness, diligence and respect.   Each lesson is designed to establish and support positive relationships with others, to build self-confidence and  develop self-concept that will promote success in school.

Our goal is to encourage students to become responsible, self-disciplined citizens. Problem solving, decision making, and conflict resolution are important parts of developing character. Through role playing and discussions, students can see that their decisions affect other people and things.
